Florin Anghel was born in Bucharest, Romania, in 1981. Following a spinal cord injury in 2004, he began rehabilitation before later discovering painting through art workshops at a care centre near Madrid. Working with oil paints, he gradually developed his skills in mouth painting and began creating works inspired by photographs.

Florin’s art is known for its realistic style and strong contrasts of light and colour. He focuses primarily on subjects drawn from nature, particularly people and wild animals, and has participated in exhibitions and painting competitions across Spain.
